Jack is happy to talk with customers anytime he is in the office. If you have any comments concerning product quality, suggestions for new products or questions relating to The Gerstner Owners Club – ask for Jack. In his absence – ask for Scott. Scott still checks his emails while he's gone and will advise people if they need to wait for a reply.

Jane will help with placing an order, information on The Gerstner Owners Club, catalog requests and product information. She is hearing impaired - so she asks for your patience if she asks you to repeat things. As you can see from her self-chosen job title she also has a sense of humor. She can also answer questions as to when your order will ship, or product information.
