Returns Form
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Return Shipping will be at your expense unless your item has been damaged for reasons outside of your control. There is a 10% Restocking Fee on returned Replacement Hardware that will be assessed upon issuing a refund to the original payment method. Please note – custom items are not returnable. Brass hardware upgrades to chests and bases, Stop-Trac installation and Porta-Drawer Handles are considered custom. Should you decide to return your item, it must be received in the same condition in which it was received, as well as be in its original carton with all interior padding in place. Please fill out the information in the form below and place the item(s) you wish to return, along with this form, in the original packaging.
