Part 1104 – Brass Box Lock

Description

This small full mortice lock was used on Gerstner Jewelry Chests as a lock for the opening top.  The compact size was perfect for small boxes.  The lock is solid brass and was Made in Spain by Viola.

The lock comes with 2 screws, 1 key, and a horizontal key hole plate with 2 nails.  Depending on wood thickness, the nail may need to be trimmed shorter.

Lock requires a 1-1/8″ L x 5/8″ D x 3/16″ W mortice.
Selvedge Measures 1-7/8″ L x 5/16″ W x 1/16″ D
